Apricot Bourbon Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz. apricot jam

2 oz. bourbon

1 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. simple syrup

3 dashes orange bitters

Directions

Add apricot jam and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Mix thoroughly until there are no chunks. Then, add bourbon, orange bitters, and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until cold and frothy.

Add ice to your glass. Strain your drink into your glass. Add apricots as a garnish and enjoy!
