Lychee Martini

Ingredients:

8 oz. vanilla vodka

3 oz. lychee juice

1.5 oz. simple syrup

fresh lychees (optional garnish)

Directions

Add vodka, lychee juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold and frosty.

Strain over coupe glass. Garnish with fresh lychees and enjoy!
