32 oz. extra firm tofu

24 oz. sugar snap peas

1/2 cup chow mein noodles

1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

1 avocado, cubed

1/2 cup scallions, diced

4 tbsp sweet chili sauce

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup
