Chickpea Tuna

Ingredients

15 oz. or 1 can chickpeas

1/3 cup bread and butter pickles, diced

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

1 tbsp bread and butter pickle juice

Directions

Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then transfer them to a medium bowl. Mash thoroughly until no whole pieces remain.

Add everything but the bagel seasoning, diced pickles, soy sauce, and pickle juice.

Mix everything together until the chickpea tuna achieves your desired
