Orange Creamsicle Iced Matcha

Ingredients
1.5 g matcha powder
1/3 cup cold water
1/2 cara cara orange
1 tsp vanilla bourbon paste
1/4 cup vegan heavy cream
1/4 cup non dairy milk
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk matcha and water together until frothy and bubbly.
In a separate bowl, squeeze the juice of the orange. Add heavy cream and vanilla bourbon paste, then whisk vigorously or use a frother to create a light, airy orange foam.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the milk, followed by the matcha, and finish with the orange cream foam on top.
Stir well to blend the orange cream into the latte. Enjoy!
